Proposals is a family-owned boutique which opened in May of 2004. Dawne Vandiver and her sister, Shannon Aston, partnered to open a small boutique with beautiful gowns, dresses and accessories from the best designers. At Proposals, you will find an intimate setting with extra personal attention.
